FRY 15 DAYS OLD
I had to take the father of the young out of the tank as he got aggresive with the mother i thought he would kill her. I think the reason for this was he wanted to mate again but she just wanted to look after her young she's a very good mother. She looks a bit rough but thats due to him beating her up. Now he is out of the tank she is much more aggresive towards anyone going near the tank as she has taken on his roll in protecting the babies.

WRIGGLERS
Well as i thought the parents were having problems keeping the babies together with all the plant so i carefully took it all out. I was lucky as they kept looking after them they have been free swimming for 1 and half days and all is well. I have stripped the other tank just in case the other pair decide to lay not going through that again with wrigglers in the tank anyway here are some pictures of my babies.

WRIGGLERS
Well since my last update i have sold most of my discus as they were all trying to breed and this was making them fight alot. I still have the red alenquer female and the moonstone marbro malewhich at last have brought of some wrgglers. Also i bought a very nice pair of leopard snake skin's of gary who runs discus dippy forum they have also layed eggs but they have gone white never mind early days for them. I also have a pair of blue rams in a 120LTR tank hoping to breed them to. I think the wrigglers will get lost when they go free swimming as the tanks are full of plants. I have added co2 to all three tanks and the plant has gone mad. Will post pictures later hopefully of the fry swimming if they get that far fingers crossed but for now here's a picture of the leopards which came from chen's discus origanally.
